Does my client need an account, an app, or a password?
No. They open the link from any phone or laptop, see what you asked for, and tap one button to upload. We never email your client about anything except the request you sent.
How are the files secured?
Encrypted in transit with TLS and at rest with AES-256. Upload links expire on the schedule you choose, and files auto-delete after the retention window. Dashboard access is passkeys only, no passwords. Full security overview.
What if my client opens the link and never uploads?
You set a reminder cadence per request. The link nudges them on the schedule you choose, and the audit trail shows when they viewed it. The follow-up runs on its own.
What happens to the files after the engagement is over?
They auto-delete on the schedule you choose. The default is 30 days after the request closes, configurable per request or per template. Less to back up, less to leak, less to remember to clean up.
Can I send the link by text message instead of email?
Yes. Email, SMS, or both. SMS is built in on every commitment level, with consent collection on your side and STOP-keyword opt-out handled for you.
Can I customize the items I am asking for, per client or per template?
