How does the trial work?

Can I change my commitment level?

Anytime. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period — you keep full access until then.

What counts as a request?

One request = one set of documents from one person. Each request gets its own secure upload link. It doesn't matter how you create it — they're all billed the same way.

Do you support HIPAA?

Yes. SendMeDocs is built to handle protected health information. We offer a self-serve Business Associate Agreement at no additional cost — sign it from your dashboard in seconds.

Why isn’t text messaging available on pay-as-you-go?

Text messaging carries per-account carrier registration and ongoing regulatory compliance fees regardless of whether the account is active. These costs are covered by the monthly commitment on volume accounts.
