Anytime. Upgrades are prorated and take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period (the paid year for annual subscriptions) — you keep your current commitment level and benefits until then. Changing commitment levels keeps your billing frequency unless you explicitly change it.

In Settings > Billing, choose Cancel subscription and confirm. Your subscription will not renew, and your current benefits continue until the end of the paid billing period (or trial). Then your account switches to Pay as you go with no recurring subscription fee. Your card stays on file for credit purchases, and any enabled automatic credit reloads stay enabled until you disable them separately. Cancellation does not delete your account or refund unused prepaid time. You can undo a scheduled cancellation before it takes effect.
